占起,男,1990年生,辽宁朝阳人工学博士,硕士生导师,内聘副教授,国际焊接工程师(IWE,博士就读于沈阳工业大学材料科学与工程学院博士生导师:徐国建教授,博士期间参与了两项国家重点研发计划“增材制造与激光制造”和“激光复合增材制造修复与再制造技术与装备”,参与了2020年沈阳市重大关键技术攻关“超高速激光熔覆与工艺装备攻关”,参与了广东省重点领域研发计划项目“复杂构件激光清洗/刻蚀/抛光智能制造装备”,2019年度在沈阳工业大学获得了“国家奖学金”。
