李佳,男,19935月出生,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。20156月毕业于北京科技大学应用物理学专业,获学士学位。20207月毕业于中国科学院物理研究所凝聚态物理专业,获博士学位。

2015年以来,从事过渡金属氧化物量子序调控研究,利用离子液体、电流、真空热处理等多种方法对过渡金属氧化物薄膜进行量子序调控,对OCo离子进行长程有序转移调控。目前,加入辽宁工业大学材料科学与工程学院新能源材料与器件科研团队,同时展开新能源器件和射线防护材料相关研究。主持辽宁省教育厅面上项目1项,参与辽宁省教育厅重点项目1项,参与 2021年辽宁省首批“揭榜挂帅”科技攻关项目1项。在 Nano EnergyNanoscaleActa MaterialiaACS Applied Materials & InterfacesApplied Physics LettersAPL MaterialsPhysical Chemistry Chemical PhysicsJournal of Alloys and CompoundsSCI检索论文20余篇,被引70余次,其中以第一作者身份发表中科院一区论文2篇。
